Summary:
Xiao Mai is a middle class girl whose is hardworking. She often dreams of becoming a heiress, dreams of having a big house to live in. Although she is poor and lives in a small home, she is grateful and happy the way she is with her mom and dad. Even so a girl a dream right? Who would ever thought her dreams would actually come true. On a perfectly normal morning a man in a black suit comes looking for Xiao Mai. It is then Xiao Mai learns she is adopted and has a grandfather. Her grandfather is the head of a prestigous aristocratic family. He has a very grand fortune and Xiao Mai is his only granddaughter. The 17 year old Xiao Mai then has to face the truth that her beloved parents are her adoptive parents and she must go and live with her grandfather. Her dream of becoming a heiress come true, but Xiao Mai soon learns that things weren't as she expected.
